Order Management Admin

Department: Service - Warehouse
Location: Orange, CA

Position

You will review orders through the system alongside sales reps and the warehouse. This person is also responsible for researching inventory problems, locating errors and problem solving using a variety of tools.

This individual must be skilled in accuracy, organization, and obtain strong computer skills. If you are well-organized, a good communicator, and possess a team attitude, we want to hear from you! We are seeking an Order Management Admin at our office in Orange, CA,

Essential Job Duties

  • Audit discrepancies, locate errors and problem solve inventories
  • Manage orders and constantly track
  • Communicate updates with sales team
  • Handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts
  • Communicate on the phone and through email
  • Update necessary information in multiple systems

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Self-motivated

  • Strong work ethic
