We are looking for an entry-level Network Install Technician to receive, set-up, deliver and install equipment (copier/printer/fax) at our branch in Spokane, WA. If you are dependable, hard-working, and looking to join a team providing excellent customer service to our clients, we want to talk with you.

Essential Job Duties:

• Install & Basic networking of office equipment at customer location
• Work alongside with other IT Professionals, and have excellent customer service skills
• Test new equipment, integrate IOT's and peripherals, and troubleshoot simple IT issues
• Follow policies, procedures, and manage documentation of lease returns, installs, and removals
• Coordinating copier and printer deliveries
• Maintain communication with sales and service.
• Ability to use or learn Remote Desktop sessions for remote-in sessions as needed
• Some heavy lifting necessary and work closely with the delivery team

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Passion for Technology
• Valid Driver’s License with clear DMV record
• Stable work history
• Verifiable references
• Ability to pass a background check
