Konica Minolta Production Field Service Technician

Position

We are looking for a Konica Minolta Production Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Phoenix, AZ area. This is a field position with a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, as we service all of the Great Phoenix and surrounding areas.

Essential Job Duties

  • Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
  • Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
  • Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Developing options to solve unusual problems
  • Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations

Qualifications

  • 2-6 years minimum of relevant experience
  • Must have experience with servicing and repairing Konica Minolta productional level
  • Applicants with any advanced Konica Minolta certifications are required
  • Strong computer knowledge
  • Excellent customer service communication skills are essential
  • Strong problem-solving and mechanical/electrical skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 applications
  • Highly motivated and capable of working independently in the field
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. A company car will be provided
