Position Overview
We’re seeking an Copier Technician to join our Boise, ID field service team. This role may include a territory near you, covering Boise and surrounding areas.

We welcome experienced technicians but are also open to training motivated individuals with a strong technical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office equipment including copiers, printers, and fax machines

• Deliver top-tier technical support and ensure customer satisfaction

• Communicate professionally with clients to address service needs

• Offer creative solutions for uncommon technical challenges

• Manage time effectively while servicing your assigned territory

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, or similar brands

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Solid computer literacy and comfort working with technology

• Customer-first mindset and a team-oriented attitude
