Position Overview

We are seeking a Office Manager to lead daily administrative operations at our Centennial, CO office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to support cross-functional teams and help maintain operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and process orders accurately and efficiently

  • Manage accounts receivable and collections

  • Oversee payroll-related tasks, including commission and bonus calculations

  • Review and submit new hire paperwork to corporate headquarters

  • Investigate and resolve customer account discrepancies

  • Provide general administrative and sales team support

  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 5 to 15 years of experience in office management, administration, or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong mathematical and communication skills

  • Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple projects

  • Prior bookkeeping experience is a plus

  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
