We’re searching for driven sales professionals with 2–6 years of experience who want to own a territory, run the full sales cycle, and fast-track into leadership roles in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Own a Defined Territory: Manage your own book of business across your assigned territory.

  • Run the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, lead client discovery, conduct product demos, build proposals, close deals, and manage long-term accounts.

  • B-Time (Office): Start and end your day in-office to research accounts, prospect, cold call, and handle administrative tasks.

  • A-Time (Field): Spend prime business hours face-to-face with clients — we believe relationships drive results.

  • Strategic Selling: Present customized solutions that include hardware, software, and managed services to decision-makers from small businesses to enterprise clients.

  • Coaching & Development: Collaborate with your manager through ride-alongs, one-on-one coaching, and strategy sessions.

  • Closing Fridays: End the month with high-energy team rallies to push results and celebrate wins.


Compensation & Career Growth

  • First-Year OTE: $70,000–$90,000, with top performers exceeding $100,000+

  • Second-Year Potential: Many experienced reps earn $120,000–$150,000+ as they grow their pipeline

  • Uncapped Commission: Plus monthly/quarterly bonuses and manufacturer cash incentives

  • Non-Recoverable Draw: Provided during ramp to guarantee income as you build your book

  • Career Path: High performers often advance into Field Sales Manager roles within 2-5 years
