Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled ERP Project Coordinator to join our team. This position will play a key role in supporting enterprise projects involving ERP systems, SQL databases, system integrations, data migrations, and acquisitions.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with both business and IT teams to manage projects, maintain data integrity, develop reporting solutions, support system integrations, and help implement scalable processes that improve operational efficiency.

This is a full-time position offering opportunities for professional growth and advancement, with exposure to enterprise systems, cross-functional initiatives, acquisitions, and strategic data projects.

Location: Beaverton, OR
Schedule: Full-time, in-office
Travel: Ability to travel out of state as needed

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects and business initiatives from planning through completion.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, timelines, tasks, and project requirements.

  • Develop and maintain advanced SQL reporting solutions, including queries, stored procedures, and views.

  • Support database mergers and data migrations related to acquisitions, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and security across systems.

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ERP platforms and other business systems.

  • Develop automation solutions to improve data synchronization, reduce manual processes, and streamline workflows.

  • Monitor and optimize database performance, structure, and security.

  • Manage advanced eAutomate configurations and troubleshoot complex system and data issues.

  • Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, and vendor-supported changes.

  • Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, reporting, and data management.

  • Provide ongoing support for enterprise systems and critical business initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems, databases, or database administration.

  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

  • Experience troubleshooting system, database, and data-related issues.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred

  • Experience with eAutomate ERP.

  • Experience in the office technology, document imaging, or equipment industry.

  • Experience developing or supporting system integrations and API-based data exchanges.

  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, database consolidations, or large-scale data migrations.

  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and data integrity best practices.

  • Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and dashboard reporting tools.

  • Experience with automation or workflow optimization.
